Lunch today was an amazing Hilary’s Adzuki bean burger! I had it on a fresh, lightly toasted bun (both bread and burger were grilled with a little bit of TJ’s virgin olive oil), with hummus, avocado, pan fried jalapeños, tomato, red onion, pickles, spinach, and a slice of Munster cheese. Yum!

Greek yogurt, TJ’s cornflakes, chopped up bananas and peaches, chia seeds and shelled hemp seeds.

A burger brunch of scrambled eggs, with sautéed mushrooms, red pepper, and onion (all pan fried in delicious, virgin coconut oil). With multi seed bread and hummus. Topped with fresh avocado.

Whole wheat pasta with halloumi, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, rocket, onion, and garlic. #mymostcomfortingfood
