Lunch today was an amazing Hilary’s Adzuki bean burger! I had it on a fresh, lightly toasted bun (both bread and burger were grilled with a little bit of TJ’s virgin olive oil), with hummus, avocado, pan fried jalapeños, tomato, red onion, pickles, spinach, and a slice of Munster cheese. Yum!
